What is the Father/Son Retreat? - February 6-8, 2026
The Father/Son Retreat is a newly designed weekend retreat with great activities, a series of powerful sessions, good food, and times to connect to help you strengthen/grow/heal/restore/reconcile relationships between fathers and sons. You do not need to be a part of the C&MA to attend. Everyone is welcome. If you’re a father and son(s) and want to connect with God together as well as other like-minded men, we invite you to join us.
What is the Men’s Retreat? - March 6-8, 2026
The annual Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) North Central District Men’s Retreat is a weekend filled with fun activities, good food and a series of powerful sessions designed to help you grow in your faith and connect with men all over the district. You do not need to be a part of the C&MA to attend. Everyone is welcome. If you’re a man and want to connect with God and other like-minded men, we invite you to join us.
Where are the retreats held?
Big Sandy Camp & Retreat Center has been the location of our Men’s Retreat for many years and continues to be the ideal location for men to get away from the daily grind and experience a weekend free from distractions to focus on their relationship with God and fellowship with other believers.
What Should I Bring?
Bible, Journal, Pen
Towel
Toiletry items (some are available for purchase in the General Store if forgotten)
Pillow
Sleeping Bag or sheets and blankets (most rooms have 1 full-sized bed, all others are twin-sized)
Boots
Winter Hat
Warm Gloves
Warm Coat
Snow Pants/Coveralls
2 Changes of Clothes
Tennis Shoes
Car Battery Charger (or at least jumper cables)
Cash for the Coffee Shop and Snack Shop (the nearest ATM is about 6 miles away)
